Artifacts of the Orient

The mandala is essentially a portrayal of the universe, a blessed region that fills in as a repository for the divine beings and as an assortment point of general powers. Man (the microcosm), by intellectually "entering" the mandala and "continuing" toward its middle, is by similarity directed through the inestimable cycles of crumbling and reintegration.
