The mandala of a Tibetan tanka (material parchment painting) naturally comprises of an external walled in area around at least one concentric circles, which thus encompass a square crossed over by lines from the middle to the four corners. In the middle and the center of every triangle are five circles containing images or pictures of divinities, most normally the five "self-conceived" buddhas.
